  • Note: Malocation.ch Sàrl does not track a driver's position permanently, unless a vehicle has a GPS installed by its owner.
• Cookies: Used to maintain user sessions, secure the platform, personalize the experience, and display relevant ads (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Use of Data

• Enable the use of the platform.
• Verify user identity (KYC).

• Assistance Services: Insurance or roadside assistance (owner's insurance).

• Hosting: Infomaniak.

Insurers

In the event of a claim, we may transmit the driver's identity, booking information, and supporting documents.

Authorities

In the event of a legal obligation or investigation, we may transmit data to the police, judicial authorities, or tax authorities.

Anonymized Data

We may produce non-identifiable statistics.

4. Retention Period

• User Account: Until account closure, then deletion within 6 months, barring legal obligations.
• KYC Documents: 1 year after the end of validity.
• Internal Messages: 6 months after account deletion.
• Payment Data: According to accounting obligations (max. 10 years).
• Technical Logs: 12 months.
